Access my Email & Office Dashboard
Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard to manage your email account options and settings. The Email & Office Dashboard is unique to 123 Reg account holders and is the place to change passwords, create forwards, set up email on devices, and more.
Sign in as account owner
If you are the main 123 Reg account holder or have access to one as a delegate:
- Go to your Email & Office Dashboard.
- Enter your 123 Reg Username or Customer #, and then your Password (your Microsoft 365 or email address and password will not work here).
- Select Sign in. You'll be redirected to the Email & Office Dashboard.
As a 123 Reg account owner, you can also access your Email & Office Dashboard from the My Products page (scroll down to Email & Office, and then select Manage All).
Sign in as a user
If you have an email address but don't have access to the 123 Reg account:
- Go to your Email & Office Dashboard.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select Sign in. You'll be redirected to the Email & Office Dashboard.
If you’re an account owner and already signed into your email, you’ll get sent to the Email & Office Dashboard as a user. To switch from the user view to the account owner view, scroll down and select Go to main account holder sign in.
