Gen 4 VPS & Dedicated Servers Help

Server support tickets

Ticket support is available for your server within your 123 Reg account. This allows you to create, view, and respond to your support tickets.

Note: Currently, this feature is only available for Fully Managed Gen 4 VPS and Dedicated servers.

  1. Sign in to your 123 Reg account. (Need help logging in?)
  2. In your My Products page, select Servers.
  3. Next to the Generation 4 server you want to use, select Manage.
  4. In the top of the account Dashboard, select Premium Support.
  5. Under My Tickets you can:
    • View the status of your existing support tickets.
    • Create a new support ticket by selecting Create Ticket.
    • Review a ticket or respond to support by selecting an existing ticket.
