Ticket support is available for your server within your 123 Reg account. This allows you to create, view, and respond to your support tickets.

Note: Currently, this feature is only available for Fully Managed 
<a href="https://123-reg.co.uk/products/vps?plid=PL_ID" target="_blank">Gen 4 VPS</a> and 
<a href="https://123-reg.co.uk/products/dedicated-server?tag=managed-dedicated-server?plid=PL_ID" target="_blank">Dedicated</a> servers.

<ol>
 <li>Sign in to your 123 Reg account. (<ArticleLink href="/help/sign-in-to-my-123-reg-account-123-reg-help-32033" target="_blank">Need help logging in?</ArticleLink>)</li>
 <li>In your My Products page, select Servers.
	<li>Next to the Generation 4 server you want to use, select Manage.</li>
 <li>In the top of the account Dashboard, select Premium Support.</li>
 <li>Under My Tickets you can:
 <ul>
		<li>View the status of your existing support tickets.</li><li>Create a new support ticket by selecting Create Ticket.</li>
		<li>Review a ticket or respond to support by selecting an existing ticket.</li>
