The below instructions will show you how to cancel your Cloud Backup trial.
To cancel your full package, you must contact our Support team.
From there, select Cloud Backup within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Cloud Backup.
This will show you an overview of your package list. Select the package you wish to cancel by clicking on the Manage button for the relevant package.
Scroll down to the Renewal status section and click on the Change button.
This will allow you to change your renewal status by selecting Do Not Renew from the drop down menu. Once selected, click the Confirm button.
If you no longer wish to renew, then we’d love to know why so that we can use your feedback to review and improve our services. Select one of the options from the menu, and then click do not renew.
