Adding third-party email accounts to Webmail

This article will show you how to add third-party email accounts to your Webmail.

Rather than hop between two different mail platforms, you can easily add your Gmail or Outlook address to your Webmail. Email addresses from other providers can be added as well, provided you have the necessary details.

How do I add my Gmail account?

For Generation 2 mailboxes

From your Webmail, select the arrow within the New email button (in the left-hand menu) and choose Add mail account from the list of options.

A pop-up window will now appear. Simply enter your details into the provided fields and then click Add to complete the process.

 

For Generation 1 mailboxes

From your Webmail, select Add email account in the left-hand menu.

 

Step 2 of 5

A pop-up window will now appear, asking which provider you wish to use. Simply select Google.

You will be prompted to choose the Google account you would like to add to your account.

Enter your password for your Google account.

Your account will now be added.

How do I add my Hotmail account?

For Generation 2 mailboxes

A pop-up window will now appear. Simply enter your details into the provided fields and then click Add to complete the process.

 

For Generation 1 mailboxes

From your Webmail, select Add email account in the left-hand menu.

A pop-up window will now appear, asking which provider you wish to use. Simply select Other.

On the next page, enter your details into the provider fields. Once done, click Add to complete the process.

How do I remove an email account?

If you’ve added too many accounts or have an old account that you no longer need to use, you can easily remove them by following the steps outlined below.

From your Webmail, select Settings in the top right-hand corner (represented by the gear icon).

If you have a Generation 2 mailbox, select All Settings… from the drop-down menu that appears.

On the next page, select Accounts from the left-hand menu.

 

Step 3 of 4

Here you’ll see a list of your accounts. Simply click Delete (represented by the dustbin icon) for the account you wish to remove.

A pop-up window will now appear, asking you to confirm this deletion. Click Delete Account to continue.
