How can I access the billing options for my mailbox?

This article will show you how to access the billing options for your mailbox.

If you need to upgrade, renew or change the billing period for your mailbox, you can do this at any time from your Control Panel. Simply follow the instructions outlined below to get started.

Please note: this article is dedicated to Generation 2 mailboxes. You will not be able to manually renew or change the billing period for Generation 1 mailboxes.

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Email within the Manage Active Products section and then choose Manage opposite Manage your email.

This will take you to the ‘Manage your email’ page, where you’ll see all the email packages you’ve purchased.

From here, click Options for the mailbox you wish to amend, followed by Billing from the drop-down menu that appears.

This will take you to the Billing page for your mailbox, where you can upgrade, renew or change the billing period for your plan by clicking the relevant option.
