How do I access Webmail?
This article will show you how to log in to your 123 Reg Webmail.
Webmail allows you to send and receive emails while on-the-go, using any device. The way you can access this platform will depend on what type of access you have, which can be one of two options: User or Admin.
Users can perform basic actions, such as sending and receiving emails as well as request an upgrade for their mailbox. Admins, meanwhile, can perform all of this as well as create, edit or delete existing mailboxes and forwarders.
To access Webmail, simply click on a title below to skip to the most appropriate FAQ. You can also click the Top button to return and make another selection.
As an Admin
From there, select Sign in to email near the top of the page.
On the next page, select the account you want to log into.
You will now have access to your 123 Reg Webmail. We recommend that you now save this page as a bookmark so that you can quickly access it at any time.
As a User
Option 1
Start by accessing the Webmail login page. Simply enter your email address and its password into the provided fields and then click Log in to my email.

Option 2
Enter the following into your browser bar, with ‘your-domain.co.uk’ substituted for the domain that’s associated with your mailbox:
email.your-domain.co.uk
On the next page, enter the credentials for your mailbox. You will have originally received these via email.
