If you’ve forgotten or lost the password for your inbox, adding a recovery email address can be a helpful way of regaining access.
To do this, simply follow the instructions outlined below.
Please note: this article is dedicated to Generation 2 mailboxes and does not apply to Generation 1 mailboxes.

From there, select Manage next to your mailbox.

On the next page, select Edit next to Account information.

Enter your recovery email address into the provided field. Once you’ve done this, click Save.
