How do I export and import my calendar via Webmail?

This article will show you how to import and export your mailbox calendar.

Exporting your calendar

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Webmail account.

 

Step 2 of 4

From there, select the Apps icon in the top-left corner (Generation 2 mailboxes only) or the Menu icon in the top-right corner (Generation 1 mailboxes only) and then choose Calendar from the provided options.

This will take you to the Calendar page. From here, select the 3-bar icon opposite the calendar you wish to export and then choose Export from the list of provided options.

A copy of your calendar will now be downloaded to your computer.

 

Importing your calendar

Step 1 of 6

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Webmail account.

 

Step 2 of 6

From there, select the Apps icon in the top-left corner (Generation 2 mailboxes only) or the Menu icon in the top-right corner (Generation 1 mailboxes only) and then choose Calendar from the provided options.

 

Step 3 of 6

This will take you to the Calendar page. From here, select the 3-bar icon opposite the calendar you wish to export and then choose Import from the list of provided options.

A pop-up window will now appear, asking you to upload your calendar file. Click Upload file to get started.

 

Step 5 of 6

A new window will now appear, where you can browse your computer’s files. Find and select the Calendar file you wish to upload and select Open.

 

Step 6 of 6

If you wish to exclude existing appointments, then tick the Ignore existing appointments box. Otherwise, click Import to complete the process.
