This article will explain how you can adjust your mailbox count within your 123 Reg Control Panel.
If you’ve hit the limit on how many mailboxes you can have within your 123 Reg account, there are multiple ways for you to adjust your count or ‘quota’.
One way to do this is by removing mailboxes that you no longer need, which will free up space on your account.
Alternatively, if you don’t wish to delete any mailboxes, you can increase your account quota by purchasing and then creating a new mailbox.
For details on how to perform both these processes, please read the following Support article: Purchasing and Configuring your 123 Reg Mailbox
Please note: you have 14 days from when you received your ‘Mailbox over quota’ email to amend your mailbox quota.
If, however, you wish to modify the quota within your mailbox (i.e. you want to clear your inbox), please read the following Support article: How do I modify my mailbox quota?
