How do I back up my MySQL database?

This article will explain how you can back up your database so that in the event of a problem you have a copy of the data from your database.

Important: It is your responsibility to keep an up to date back up of your databases as your 123 Reg Hosting package does not come with a backup service. This is to ensure that you have usable and up-to-date backup copies of your data in the unlikely event of corruption or loss of your data from the server.
