How do I find my email client settings for my cPanel mailbox?
This article will show you how to find your email client settings for any of your cPanel mailboxes.
If you’ve set up an email account within your Web Hosting package, you can easily add it to third-party email clients such as Outlook and Gmail by using the unique Incoming and Outgoing Server details within your hosting account. To do this, simply follow the instructions outlined below.
Please note: the following steps only apply to Web Hosting packages purchased after July 2020.
From there, select cPanel Admin.
You will now be taken to your hosting account. Scroll down to the Email section and select Email Accounts from the provided options.
On the next page, you’ll see a list of your email account. Find the address you need to find the settings for and click Check Email.
This will open a new tab in your browser for your email address’ webmail. Next, click Configure Mail Client.
On the next page, you’ll see the Incoming and Outgoing Server details for your email address within the Mail Client Manual Settings area.
Using these details, you can manually add your account to any third-party email client.
