This article will help you to change or cancel your 123 Reg services
If you have decided that you do not need one, or all, of your 123 Reg services, you must either cancel your services or set it to expire at the end of your current billing period. Failing to do so may result in an unwanted renewal that you will be charged for.
The cancellation process varies depending on the product type you wish to cancel. Services can be cancelled:
- Through your Control Panel
- By contacting our Customer Relationship team
- By raising a ticket with one of our support agents
The cancellation method is affected by the type of service. For a full breakdown of our services and their cancellation processes, please see below.
If you wish to enquire about an upgrade or downgrade to one of your existing services, you can contact our Customer Relationship team on 0345 450 2310. Lines are open from 8:00 to 22:00 on weekdays. If you are unable to call, you can start a Live Chat (available from 9:00 to 19:00 every day) or raise a ticket, whereupon a member of our Support staff will assist you.
Please note: Consumers are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products, except domain names and Domain Ownership Protection since these are bespoke products that have been customised to each individual customer. As such, they cannot be sold and are non-refundable. Please note that this period only applies to Consumers, not Business Customers. If you are unsure whether you are a Business Customer or a Consumer, you can view the definitions of these terms in the Definitions section of our General Terms of Service.
