This article refers to the 123 Reg Payment Priority system.
Our payment priority system allows you to set which payment method on your account (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) will serve as your primary renewal method.
Should your primary option fail, our systems will automatically re-attempt the process with your backup renewal method, provided you’ve registered alternate methods on your account. This is done to help minimise any risk of you missing a potential renewal and losing access to your products/services.
