Hosting
The first thing to check is that both your domain name and Hosting package are in date and fully valid. You can check this by accessing your 123 Reg Control Panel and selecting Manage All opposite the Domain and Web Hosting sections, whereupon you will see the current status of your products.
The next item to check is that the nameservers on your domain are pointing to 123 Reg. A Nameserver is a server which controls the DNS for a domain. It allows you to decide which hosting company controls your webspace and email. If your domain isn’t pointed to the 123 Reg nameservers, you will be unable to manage them from the 123 Reg Control Panel.
