How do I manage my domain names?
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Manage All opposite Domains within the ‘All Products and Services’ section.
You will now see a complete list of your purchased domain names. Select which one you wish to manage from the provided list.
If you can’t find your domain in this list, you may be able to find within our legacy Control Panel. For more details on this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?
Where can I find my account details?
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Account Settings in the toolbar and then choose My Profile from the list of options.
You will now see all your account’s contact details, including your physical address, email address, contact number and business name. You can change your details by clicking any of these options.
How do I buy a new product?
Start by visiting our website.
From there, select the relevant product from the toolbar at the top of the page.
You will now be taken to the dedicated page for that product, where you can purchase the plan that suits your needs.
Why can’t I renew a package that is due to expire?
If you’re unable to renew a package within the ‘The following products are due to expire and/or be cancelled’ section, this may be because it has already expired.
Please consult the renewal reminder emails that we have sent you to see when your product was originally set to expire. If you believe there has been an error, please get in touch with our 123 Reg Support team who will be happy to assist you.
Where can I find my Legacy products?
Any Legacy products (i.e. services that are no longer available to buy from our website) that you have purchased can be found within the ‘Manage active products’ section of our legacy Control Panel.
