This FAQ will help you to change the Friendly name on your Dedicated Server.
The below instructions will allow you to give your server a friendly name. A friendly name allows you to mask the IP address with a different name which is easier to remember, and also allows you to know at a glance which server you are looking at.
Please note: You can use the below steps to set up any mailbox. However, you will need to use your providers details when we mention ours.
From there, select Dedicated Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Dedicated Servers.
Now, access the server you would like to change the name of by clicking on the Manage button for the relevant package.
Click on the Edit button next to the Friendly Name field.
Enter your Friendly name into the text field, and then click the Confirm button to complete the changes.
