How do I change from monthly to annual billing?

This article will explain how to change your billing period for your VPS plan.

Please note: this article was originally created for our previous generation of Virtual Private Servers. As such, these instructions may not be relevant to our current generation of Virtual Private Servers.

Step 1 of 6

Start by logging in to your legacy Control Panel. For details on how to do this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?

From there, select Virtual Private Servers (VPS) within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Virtual Private Servers (VPS).

Click on the Manage button next to your VPS.

Step 4 of 6

Click on the Manage VPS tab.

Click on the Change link under the Billing Details section.

Step 6 of 6

Click on the Yes button to change to Monthly/Annual billing.

Your billing cycle will now be changed.

Please note: The change will take effect at the end of your annual or monthly contract.
