This FAQ will help you to restore your Dedicated server.
This will allow you to wipe your server and install a fresh OS, including Plesk and cPanel.-

From the home page, select the Hardware option from the main menu bar. Then select Restore from the drop down menu.

Select the server you would like to restore by click in on the > Next icon for the chosen server.

You will be emailed a restore code which is used to confirm you would like to restore the server. Simply enter your restore code, and click on Proceed to OS selection.

Next you must choose the OS you would like to have on your server, as well as specifying the OS language and server password.

You can order a Plesk or cPanel licence by clicking on the panels on the right hand side of the order process.

Confirm your order by clicking on the Order Now button.

Now you will see a confirmation message stating that you have completed your order. Follow the same steps as before to Restore your server.

You can now select your new OS from the dropdown menu. When you have filled in the details, click on the Next button.

Commence your restore by clicking on the Start Restore button.

You will get a confirmation message stating that your restore will commence shortly.
