How do I resolve errors with my CSR?
This article will explain how you can resolve errors with your CSR.
If you’re experiencing any errors after you’ve generated and inserted your certificate signing request (CSR) into your online application, please check that your CSR:
- Begins with —–BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST—– and ends —–END CERTIFICATE REQUEST—– lines. Be sure to include the five dashes on either side of the wording as well
- Features no additional spaces at the end
- Doesn’t contain any line breaks within the CSR
- Uses 2048-bit key length
If you’re still experiencing issues with your CSR, you may need to generate a new CSR.
