This article applies to the 123 Reg InstantSite package.
This article will give you a brief introduction to getting started with InstantSite.
Select the type of site you would like to create from the following predefined options:
Create your site
Create your blog
Create your photogallery
Click on the Next button to continue to the Design stage of the wizard.
Select a template to use for your InsantSite.
Select a colour scheme for your template.
Select a banner from the drop down menu or click on the Browse button to select a banner from your computer and then click on the Upload button.
Select a menu style for your InstantSite.
Click on the Browse button to select a logo from your computer and click on the Upload button.
Fill in the Site info for your InstantSite.
Click on the Save Changes button.
Click on the Next button.
Select a predefined page set.
Select the standard pages you would like to use on your website.
Click on the > button to add the pages to your site.
Click on the Save Changes button.
Click on the Next button.
Click on the Page in the sitemap pane to begin editing.
Fill in the following page details:
Page Title
Page file name
Page keywords used as meta tags
Page description used for meta description
Use the WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor to add the content to your page.
You can drag a page module to the page to add extra features to your InstantSite.
Click on the Save Changes button.
Click on the Next button.
Click on the Publish button.
Tip: Publishing and Republishing will overwrite any existing files on your web page.
Please note: InstantSite can not be used with Safari at this time.
