How do I view my website’s statistics?
This article will show you view and analyse the statistics for your website.
As part of our Website Builder tool, you may view statistics on how your site is performing, how many visitors you’re receiving and where they’re coming from.
Please note: this article only applies to Version 8 of our Website Builder. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.
You will need to publish your website first before you can view your website’s stats.
From there, select Website Builder within the ‘Manage active products’ section. Next, select Manage opposite Manage websites.
You will now be taken to a new page where you’ll see your purchased Website Builder packages.
From here, click Options for the site you wish to access and then choose Billing from the drop-down menu that appears.
On the next page, click View Stats.
This will take you to a new dashboard, where you will be shown a summary of your website’s statistics over a set period. You can change this period by selecting the relevant date options within the top-right corner.
You can also find more information about your visitors, such as their browser, geographic location, type of device and more, by selecting any of the options within the left-hand menu.
Please note: these additional options are only available with our Website Builder Pro and Online Shop plans.
