This article will show you how to add extra delivery options for your Online Store.
By providing additional delivery options with your Online Store, your customers will have more choice in how they receive their goods. To do this, simply follows the steps outlined below.
Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Version 9
Start by logging in to your Online Store.
From there, select Store within the right-hand menu.
On the next page, click Settings within the left-hand menu (below Store).
Click Settings in the toolbar.
You will now see a complete list of your delivery methods. From here, click Add Shipping to create a unique option or click Add opposite Local Delivery or In-Person Pickup to create a specific option.
If you chose Add Shipping, you can choose how customers can qualify for this option by clicking Add opposite Free Shipping, Flat Rate/Percentage Per Order or Weight-based. From there, you’ll need to provide some basic details, such as the name of your shipping method, the criteria that customer must meet and which countries you will send your goods to.
If you chose Local Delivery or In-Person Pickup, you’ll need to enter details for this option into the provided fields.
Once you’ve done this, click Save to create your new shipping method.
Version 8
Start by logging in to your Online Store.
Select Ecommerce from the left-hand menu and then click Manage Store.
From your store’s management dashboard, click Shipping & Pickup in the side menu, also ensuring that the same option is selected in the sub-menu.
Click here to add additional shipping methods to your store.
You will then see additional shipping options you can offer to your customers. If you’d like to allow your customers to pick up their order in-store, select the ‘Add In-store Pickup’ option from the list of shipping methods.
Enter some basic information for your Order pickup label, which is what will be displayed to customers at checkout. This includes:
- Pickup option’s label – use this field if you have multiple locations available for pickup, so customers can decide where to collect their order from
- Detailed instructions for customers – detail exactly where, when and how customers can collect their orders
- Pickup charge – an extra charge that customers pay if you need to cover your expenses for this option
- Ask for Pickup Date and Time at Checkout – an option for customers to specify a preferred date and time to collect their order, within your business hours
Once done, click ‘Add Pickup Option’.
If you’ve enabled the ‘Ask for Pickup Date and Time at Checkout’ option, you can set what days and times customers may collect their order from.
You may also specify an ‘Order Fulfillment Time’. Once done, click ‘Save’.
If you’d like to add further delivery options, such as Royal Mail, a local courier service or a specific courier service of your choice, please click on the blue Add Shipping Method button and follow the on-screen instructions which will walk you through set up for each option.
