How to add Regions
This article will show you how to add regions to your 123 Reg Online Store
This option will save you having to send to countries that you do not wish to deliver to. When purchasing and adding their delivery address the customer will only be able to choose countries you select to be in the drop down.
To choose which countries can purchase from your shop, please follow the steps below.
Please note: this article only applies to Version 8 of our Online Store. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.
From your store’s management dashboard, select Shipping & Pickup, then Zones.
First, from the Countries box, click on the area of the world you would like to set regions for and then select Add Region.
You can then go ahead and click the bin icon to remove any countries you would not like to offer shipping to from the list.
To add regions, click Add Country and then tick the box of the countries you’d like to add. When you’re done, click the blue Plus icon and the selected countries will have been added to your list.
To add regions within countries, Click on Add Region from the States box.
Select a country from the list that appears.
Click the bin icons next to any areas of that country that you would not like to offer shipping to and they will disappear from the list.
Whenever you make an edit, a blue bar will appear at the top of the screen prompting you to save your changes. Click the blue Save button on hit CTRL+S when you’re done making changes.
