This article will show you how to select which countries or regions can purchase items from your store.
When purchasing from your Online Store, customers will only be able to select countries you’ve chosen to appear within your delivery list. By default, this is set to All Destinations, ensuring that anyone anywhere in the world can order products from you. You can, however, set which countries you can deliver your items to.
Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:
If you’re not sure which version of Online Store you have, you can find out by reading this article.

Once in, select Ecommerce from the left-hand menu, followed by Manage store.
You’ll now be taken to your store management page. Select Shipping & Pickup to see your list of current shipping and delivery methods.
From there, select Actions for the shipping method you wish to amend and choose Edit from the drop-down list that appears.
Scroll down to the Shipping region section, where you’ll see which areas you currently ship your products to. By default, the option All destinations will be selected, allowing you to deliver worldwide.
If you’d rather set specific regions to ship your items to, choose the Advanced settings option. From there, select Manage zones.
If you receive a pop-up message asking if you wish to leave the page, select Leave this page to continue.
From here, you can see your list of shipping zones that you deliver to, along with which countries are situated within each zone.
To remove any countries from a zone, simply select the bin icon alongside its name.
To add more countries to your zone, you can do this by selecting Add Country…
From there, select the tick box for all the countries you wish to add to your zone.
Once you’ve chosen your desired countries, click Add Countries to confirm your choice and add them to your zone.
Alternatively, you can use the Add Region… option instead, which will allow you to add all the countries within a continent to your zone.
Simply click the continent you wish to incorporate into your list and your zone will be populated with all the countries within it.
You can also add states or counties within a particular country, allowing you to only deliver to certain areas of a specific country or area.
To do this, simply select Add State… above the right-hand table.
From there, select the country you wish to use from the Filter menu and choose your desired states/counties by clicking their respective tick box.
Once you’ve finished your selection, click Add States to confirm your choice and add them to your list.
Please note: if you’re going to ship to every region/county within your chosen country, you can leave the State list empty.
If you wish to create a brand-new zone instead, simply select the Add New Zone button.
Once done, you can add a name to it as well as set which countries or regions you wish to include within this zone using the instructions outlined above.
Alternatively, you can limit the zone to specific locations by entering a list of postal codes into the Zip/Postal Codes field below. Simply follow the instructions outlined alongside it to complete this.
Once you’ve finished setting up your zone, be sure to select Save to confirm all your changes.
And you’re done! Now if a customer enters an address during the checkout that doesn’t correlate with any of your zones, they’ll receive a message informing them that their products cannot be shipped to their location.
