This article will show you how to import and export products into your Online Store.
Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:
If you’re not sure which version of Online Store you have, you can find out by reading this article.
Version 9
Start by logging in to your Online Store.
From there, select Store within the right-hand menu.
On the next page, click Products within the left-hand menu (below Store).
You will now see a complete list of your products. To import products, click Import/Export.
To export products, click the tickboxes opposite the products you wish to export and then click Import/Export.
A pop-up window will now appear. Select your preferred option from the provided list (i.e. Import or Export).
If you chose Import, click CSV File and upload a .CSV spreadsheet from your computer. If you receive any errors, you’ll need to download the error report and then go through your spreadsheet to resolve them. Once you’ve done this, you’ll need to repeat the process. If you don’t receive any errors, click Import.
If you chose Export, choose whether you want to export all your products or those you previously selected and click Export.
If you chose Import, your import will be processed in the background. You can either wait until it’s completed or click OK and continue working on your website. Either way, you will be sent an email once the import is complete.
If you chose Export, you will be able to download your products as a CSV file. This file will also be sent to the email address associated with your Online Store.
