How to manage all template emails
This article applies to 123 Reg Online Store
Our Online Store package allows you to send emails when various events are triggered in your shop. For example, when a customer places an order, you can send an automatic confirmation.
Please note: this article only applies to Version 8 of our Online Store. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.
From the store management panel, click on the Settings option and then select the Mail sub-option.
This will show you your email notification templates. You can turn them on and off by using the slider on the right hand side, or change the content with the edit button.
When you are editing your template, you will be editing the code of the email directly – so we suggest that you save a copy first before you make any changes.
You can view your changes by clicking the Preview Template button to view your email in browser, or the Send Test Email to receive a preview email.
