FTP details and access are only supplied with our hosting packages. The InstantSite package does not include FTP access.
If you wish to have FTP access, you will need to confirm that you wish the InstantSite package to be deleted from your account by raising a ticket to our support team using the
Ask a Queston tab at the top of this page. Once the InstantSite package has been deleted by our support team, you will be able to purchase a hosting package.
